Back in the day, 3rd Avenue was the place to go to experience “the stroll” where the ladies of the evening could be found. Yes, the ’70s were a very different time and how this street has changed. What used to hookers is now aging yuppies and their Maltese dogs. Not quick as picturesque no doubt, but a hell of a lot safer.
